Commemorazione vigili del fuoco
Oggi, insieme al mio Vicesindaco Federico Pozzo, ho avuto l’onore di rappresentare il Comune di Ozegna in occasione della #commemorazione dei valorosi vigili del fuoco che hanno perso la vita 66 anni fa in un tragico incidente a Rivarolo Canavese. Ricordiamo con rispetto e gratitudine Giacomo Gindro, Antonio Merlo, Domenico Porello e Renè Sacchi, il cui sacrificio rimane indelebile nella nostra memoria.
Insieme alle autorità locali, ai vigili del fuoco di Rivarolo Canavese – ai quali desidero esprimere il mio più sentito ringraziamento per l’invito a questa toccante commemorazione – e ai cittadini, abbiamo reso omaggio presso il monumento vicino al passaggio a livello, luogo simbolo di quella tragedia. La presenza di Domenico Milano ed Ezio Porello, sopravvissuti all’incidente, ha rafforzato il significato di questo momento di ricordo e riflessione.
